When you work with me 1:1, my aim is to make healthy eating as simple as possible.

Nutrition should not add stress to your life, it should reduce the stress from your life.

I'm not the type of nutritionist who spends hours and hours in the kitchen and expects you to do the same!

When I trained for my first, second and third ultra marathons, I was working a full-time career that demanded 10+ hour workdays, was building my nutrition business; somehow, I found time for wine night with my girlfriends, and still made nutrition a priority. 

Now, you might be thinking, "Okay Kat, are you superwoman or what?".  I'd like to believe that I am, it's not true!

I created meal planning hacks, kept meals super simple all while ensuring that my body was getting the vitamins and nutrients I needed to optimize sleep quality, focus, and performance. 

About Kat 

I am Katherine Feeney a 30-something woman who loves raw chocolate, running, and changes her hairstyle as often as a Celebrity.

I'm a Certified Holistic Nutrition & Self-Empowerment Coach who absolutely loves helping women reach their biggest goals.  

I haven't always had a great relationship with food and my body. My story began when I was in my early 20's. I was going through some life transitions (new city, new apartment, new job) and found my escape as I immersed in the world of health and wellness. Everything that I read whether in magazines, on blogs, or books was hyper-focused on restrictive diets. 

These messages and the anxieties I was feeling triggered a pattern of self-destruction. I followed every rule, heavily restricted calories: all while ramping up my running. After struggling with digestive issues, low energy, lack of focus, and a weak immune system, I decided I had to find another way. 

Today I am proud to say that I am the healthiest I have ever been and helping women reach their goals in the healthiest way possible. Personally, my victory has been crossing the finish line at an ultra marathon feeling strong and with energy to spare!
