Meet Kat Feeney

Hi! I am Katherine Feeney, nutritionist, health enthusiast, writer, and lover of anything to do with mountains and oceans. My gift is found in helping women nourish their body, mind, and soul. I’ll show you how to fuel your body and feel absolutely sexy; without fad diets, juice cleanses, extreme calorie counting, or feeling restricted.

Personally, I took dieting to a whole new level when I was in my 20’s. There is so much pressure put on us to look a certain way. The images that we see in magazines, fashion websites, and on social media can have a huge impact on how we feel about our bodies and how we are supposed to look. I bought into those photoshopped images and the dieting mindset. It got to the point where I was terrified of food, obsessed with the scale, and felt guilty if I skipped the gym. After 5 years of restricting food, punishing my body, and being critical of myself; I  broke down and knew I needed to change.

I realized that striving to be the skinniest girl in the room would never make me happy. Living in fear of food and hating my body was simply not the way I CHOOSE TO LIVE. From then forward I committed to figuring it all out! Learning to love myself, fully accept myself, and allow myself to shine. 

Now, I know what matters in nutrition and mindset and help women like you to nourish their body, mind, and soul in the absolute best way possible. I truly want you to feel empowered to make choices that will allow you to have the body of your dreams and feel absolutely confident in your skin. CHOOSE YOU!
